The energy is there at the start β the decision, the clarity, the feeling of finally committing. But without a clear plan and the right company around you, things drift. Life intervenes. The goal waits.
The Leap is two things working in sequence. First, five focused 1:1 coaching sessions β one each day β to build your vision, define your goals, design your strategy, and map your action plan. Then, once your foundations are set, you join a small group of equally committed people for structured ongoing support.
It's not a course. There's no guru. It's a proven coaching sequence followed by a community of people who take their goals as seriously as you take yours.

One 1:1 coaching session per day, five days in a row. Each session builds on the last β by the end you have everything you need to move.

Set the Vision
Where are you really going? We clarify what success looks like and why this goal matters enough to act on now.

Vision becomes traction. We break it into the right goals and sequence the milestones that tell you you're on track.

Goals without strategy are just wishes. We build your approach and plan for the obstacles that will show up.

The Action Plan
Strategy becomes movement. Specific steps, timelines, and owners β from where you are to your first milestone.

We review everything β vision, goals, strategy, plan β and make sure it holds. Then you step into the group, ready.

Once your plan is built and your foundations are set, you move into the group phase. Six people β all of whom have gone through the same five coaching sessions β coming together for structured, ongoing accountability.
This isn't a chat group or a casual check-in thread. The group has structure, rhythm, and shared commitment. You'll know where everyone is, what they're working toward, and what the group expects of each other.
Everyone arrives with a plan. The group's job is to make sure everyone delivers on it.
